My bank account cant open now

Hello Patrick,

If you have an european bank account, you can use it for the Health Insurance. You have to send the following documents by post to your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

Otherwise, you can use someone else bank account. You will have to add few documents to your request:

- a copy of your passport or ID card

- a letter called "procuration"  must be drawn up on plain paper and must include the following information:

- > title: "Procuration"

-> surname, forenames, date and place of birth, address and signature of the principal (the person granting "procuration")

-> surname, forenames, date and place of birth, address of the proxy (the person receiving the "procuration")

->relationship or lack of relationship between the principal and the authorised representative

-> nature of the "procuration" (one-off power of attorney for a single payment, power of attorney valid for 6 months) and its purpose

-> signature of the principal

-> signature of the authorised representative, preceded by the handwritten note "good for acceptance".
