Application for new social security card

I came to France from India on 1 Dec 2022. Once i receved my "Titre De Sejour" card, I submitted the appicaton for social security card with all the needed dcoument at CPAM Montrouge on 5 July 2023. Since then i didn't receive any communication about the status. Today on 2 Oct, when I check with them, they informed me that I have "Passport talent" and my application is transfer to Paris CPAM and I need to contact them. Please can you tell me what is the address of the Paris CPAM and where should I visit? Also what is the further procudre?
