Unfortunately, because of safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum.

If you just receive your social security number, we can imagine that fort the moment it's just a temporary social security number.

If it's the case, your social security number will be certified in the next several months which means you can't order a "carte Vitale" or open an ameli account for the moment.
The processing times to get a certified number can fluctuate between a caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to another.
