My card vital processing has been stuck in status "NIA Attribuè" for 4months

I and my colleague moved to france on the Passport talent visa. We applied for card vital under our company, submitted the same documents and she got her card vitae in December and my Ameli account status has been stuck at status "NIA attribué" since December. I have the temporary number which was mailed by post, it has been 4 months of waiting. What can be wrong, I haven't gotten any email from the Ameli and what can I do to get my card vitae? Also can you share the English number with me as I am a native English speaker
