I can't get my social security number

I hold a Talent Passport and submitted to the CPAM office in Paris last September to apply for my social security number. In January this year, that is, four months later, I made an inquiry through the English hotline, and they told me that they had received my materials and asked me to continue waiting. In March of this year, seven months later, I called again and they told me to wait and stop calling, or they would block me. Seven months after filing, I have not received any information about my social security number, no provisional number, and no reason not to apply for my social security number. Where should I seek help in this situation?
