My birth certificate has been under progress for 3 months

Hello,

My demand for Carte Vitale has been in progress for nearly two years now. The problem is my birth certificate has not been accepted since the first time I registered for Carte Vitale and my account was forced to close once. I tried registering the account by another email and uploaded another translation document but It is still in progress for 3 months. My temporary social security number is deleted for months now.

I really need my carte vitale and official social security number as soon as possible because I haven't had a third Covid injection because of this incident and I can no longer access my CAF account as I'm going to move home soon. My responsible CPAM is in Lille-Douai and If you can contact them or have any suggestions for me to keep in touch with them soon please tell me. (Also, I don't know where to write email or make an appointment). Thank you!
