justifcatif d'arret trabail

Bonjour,
i hardly could understand why i am not receiving the justification of arrêt de travail when i was infected by covid. I sent them the medical certificate that I caught covid and even requested them to send me justification of arrêt de travail as my workplace demanded me to present the justification which was clearly explained to them through the letter that was posted to them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question. The truth is, I was diagnosed as COVID positive on the 27th of December 2021, but I did not report my status through their app declare.ameli.fr within the given time frame because I was so exhausted that I hardly checked emails or messages. As soon as I learned I had to declare it, i tried on the 7th day of my isolation. but its validity period had expired. Then I called them on different days and held the phone for an hour on one occasion. But, couldn't get through. In the end, I sent them the medical certificates when I was diagnosed Covid positive and recovered from covid with a negative result, and explained why I needed the arrêt de travail. I did not receive any news from them, and the message column for sending mail has been replaced by a robot query system. Kindly help me out with this problem.
