I received my temporary number on Nov 30th, it has been now more than 6 months and I have not received my permanent number. When I called office, they told me that they have not started processing my application. This is strange as people who arrived after me already received their card. If some document is missing, at least inform the applicant so that they can submit it. Just delaying the process for nothing does not make sense to me.
