I want a QI code for my Covid ?

After the 2nd injection, the health professional gives you :

- the summary of the vaccination stipulating the type of vaccine administered (= vaccination certificate),

- for vaccinations carried out from 29 April 2021, a vaccination certificate with a QR-code enabling it to be registered in the TousAntiCovid application (QR-code placed on the right of the certificate).

For people who have obtained a certificate without a QR code, a teleservice (portal linked to FranceConnect) will be available at the end of May on TousAntiCovid, enabling them to obtain a digital certificate. It is also possible to request this document from your GP once you have been vaccinated.
