Why is my “n° de sécurité sociale” not activated?

Hi, I received my official “n° de sécurité sociale” in February. It starts with the number 1. Recently I wanted to register on ameli and apply for a card, but I found that my number cannot be recognized by ameli’s website. I called hotline 3646 to get my password, but I was told that my account could not be found and my account was not activated. I was told to wait for a reply and she would contact the local agency to find out the problem. At the same time, I also found that I have been unable to log in on
What should I do? I received the number three months ago, but I cannot use it so far.
