Changed address on my Ameli & it has removed my Wife!

My wife & I moved from Department 22 to 24, I changed the address on my ameli account where my wife is a beneficiary, it has removed my wife! We have telephone the English helpline several times & my wife still is not back on the ameli account, this has been since December 2020! My wife needs to go to a specialist & get her prescriptions but her Carte Vitale no longer works, because of this error!

We were told to set up her own ameli account, which we did & that has been removed! We have lived in France for 16 years & I receive a French Pension. I just don’t understand why moving house has caused this problem & now my wife has NO health cover!
