reimbursement

hello! ive got carte vitale number and i sent all invoices for reimbursement to CPAM by post. i havent received any reply from them by post. But I received SMS with link and information that i will be reimbursed certain amount and i have to provide data on my bank card (name, number and CVC code). it looks strange for me. is it real way how now Ameli is making reimbursement? Could you please advise?
also i have sent 3 times documents to receive carte vitale with photo etc but mo any reply from CPAM. how to reach them and to understand what is the problem?

Be careful with scam emails or text messages. 

The Assurance Maladie never informs you about a reimbursement by email or sms. Personal information is never required by SMS or email.

Because of safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum. The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

I advise you to try again contacting the CPAM’s English Advice Line.
