Je suis dans le processus depuis plus d'un an et je n'ai toujours pas d'assurance

I started works as a PhD student in France in April 2018. First, i was requested to have social insurance as student, so I paid to SMERRA. Then, I was notified that, because of my type of contract, I should transfer my SMERRA number to CPAM. So, I went to the CPAM office in the city where i just to live (right now i am living in the Netherlands because I am in performing an academic stay) and started the number migration procedure personally, but they told me that, as my visa was scientific talent, they would send my file to Paris. I waith several months after that, and I did not recive any answer, I also try to contact them for several ways but they never replayed mi paquetery, e-mail contact is not available, I can not have a Ameli account because I still dont have social security number. I sent new documents on February and to date i still dont have any answer nor social security number. I can not belive that you dont have any asistance number working for foregin people. I need answers, who do i need to contact?

For your information : the international call prefix or dial out code shown as “+” has to be replaced by figures which are different from the country where you’re located.
