I have not received my SSN

I have applied for my SSN in Last week of August 2018. On 8th NOV i received a letter asking for my passport copy along with that letter. I have sent my passport copy along with that letter. In that letter my name in beneficiary was printed wrong while in address it was correct.
After that i have contacted many times to Ameli Helpline but i have not received proper information. Executives are not able to fetch my details.
My Application was sent to CPAM Paris.
